Lowveld - Mjejane Game Reserve - Swaziland - Pongola Game Reserve - iSimangaliso Wetland Park - Durban

Kruger National Park is at its best from July to mid-October because the weather is very mild, and it hardly rains. Since the vegetation is sparse during the dry season, many animal sightings are possible. The species-rich wildlife in iSimangaliso Wetland Park is also best explored in the South African winter from April to October.

When you arrive at Johannesburg Airport, you will be warmly greeted by a representative of our partner agency. To complete your arrival, you will receive your travel documents for the animal safaris in the coming days. Then, pick up your rental car and embark on your extraordinary journey where magical experiences await you.

Drive down the famous Panorama Route, and notice the extraordinary sceneries from the village of Sabie and along the world's third-largest canyon, Blyde River Canyon, in the north. The route features numerous waterfalls and famous sights like the Pinnacle Rock and God's Window.

After the beautiful four-hour drive, you will reach your destination, the Tanamera Lodge in the lovely Lowveld. Tucked away on the slopes of the Sabie Valley and amidst the lush green Lowveld Forest, you can enjoy an incredible view of the Sabie River deep down in the verdant valley. These breathtaking views from your luxurious lodge will be an unforgettable experience.

Mjejane Game Reserve is also one of the best places to see the Big Five in their natural habitats: lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalos, and leopards. Today, a unique experience is on your itinerary: visit the small, landlocked monarchy, Swaziland. Travel to the little kingdom and learn about a country inspired by harmony and diversity. The Swazi, a people of the Nguni language group, settled in this rural part of the continent in the middle of the 18th century. Let your gaze wander over the plains' fertile fields and the untouched landscapes of the national parks. Drive to Ezulwini Valley and take a tour of the royal palaces in Lobamba.

In the far east, the Lebombo Mountains stretch along the border with Mozambique to KwaZulu-Natal.

Discover the unusual flora and fauna and adventure through the ten national parks and game reserves in Swaziland where you can admire the endangered black rhinos. Because of its mild climate, Swaziland is also referred to as the "Switzerland of Africa."
