Discover the secrets of authentic Khmer cuisine during a half-day cooking course at the Cassia restaurant.

You will visit a local market with your chef near Siem Reap. During the market visit you will already learn some specialties about Khmer cuisine, its ingredients, and its special preparation methods.

At the cooking school you will already be expected by restaurant owner Laurent. With him and the chef, you will learn how to cook different traditional dishes, which you will eat together at the end of the cooking class.
