Luang Prabang Bike Tour

The experience begins with a Tuk Tuk ride accompanied by your tour guide to the bicycle depot in Luang Prabang. After a short briefing, the adventure can start.

Electric bicycles do not cause any carbon emissions. You can either pedal by yourself or you can let yourself be effortlessly propelled by the rechargeable engine. Your tour begins with a visit to the Phosy market. Let yourself be inspired by the wide range of fresh products. After a short stopover, you will continue on to the Ock Pop Tok organization.

This non-profit organization has made it its mission to preserve traditional weaving techniques. Many Laotian families once earned their living through weaving. Find out how the weaving process works step by step - from the first knots to dyeing and the use of the loom.

Afterwards, you will visit the Elephant Asia Show, an open-air museum dedicated to the conservation of the Asian elephant. After a short stay, your tour continues to the Traditional Art & Ethnology Center, dedicated to the diversity of Laotian minority cultures. Please note that the museum is closed on Mondays.

Afterwards, you will return to the bike depot, where your Tuk Tuk will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. This half-day bicycle tour can be arranged either in the morning or in the afternoon.
