Are you an adventurous person and find hotel pools too dull? At Victoria Falls, muster up the courage and swim in the precipice of the falls! This experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity that you won't want to miss.
During a unique adventure to Victoria Falls, you will have the opportunity to swim in the Devil's Pool! Cautiously dip your feet in the refreshing water as you muster up the courage to swim in a pool at the precipice of the falls. Visitors can swim here because it's a deep natural pool created by thousands of years of erosion. What is truly unique about the Devil' ls Pool is that there's a rock ledge on the lip of the Falls, where the water is only a few centimeters deep. This natural barrier allows you to jump into the deep pool but not get swept over the edge. Your jaw will drop when you lie at the edge of the Devil's Pool and look right into the 338 feet gorge of the Falls.
The natural infinity pool is accessible from Zambia via Livingstone Island. A guide will safely lead you to the area of the natural pool where you can swim. Opening times for the Devil's Pool is during the dry season when the water is low, between September and December. So if you are daring enough, come and experience one of the most unforgettable moments in your life!
