After your transfer picks you up, they will take you to Kuta Beach in southern Lombok. The beach is one of the most popular on the island and magically attracts locals and tourists. Today’s focus is the Sasak culture, beginning with the pottery village of Banyumulek. Even if it doesn’t seem like it initially, this place is Lombok’s center of pottery and other traditional productions.

A bit further south is Sukarare, a village focusing on traditional weaving that maintained the art of weaving for millennia. Today the village is known for its production of colorful songket worn for ceremonies. From generation to generation, the techniques, patterns, and motifs are passed down to represent the most historical crafts.

In the village of Sade, traditional houses made from cow dung and mud will welcome you. Immerse yourself in a bygone era that still thrives today.

After all of the exciting impressions, you’ll drive past the white sandy beaches in the south popular to daring surfers. Enjoy a pleasant lunch in a local restaurant.

After this short break, you’ll end your discovery tour with a visit to the Mayura Water Palace. The palace’s open walls look out toward an artificial lake that’s a pilgrimage site for Hindus in Lombok.

When the tour ends, your transfer will take you back to your hotel.
