  1. Peru

Pisco is a type of brandy that comes from the winemaking regions of Peru.

The preparation of Pisco based drinks in Peru dates back to the 1700s. However, the incarnation of Pisco sour we know today owes its origin to an American bartender who moved to the country in the 1920s. Since then, it has become a cultural institution in Peru.

There are many different ways to prepare a Pisco sour. Each cocktail can be a unique experience, depending on which fruits, herbs, and spices you blend.

You will learn about Pisco's distilling and preparation processes, the almost infinite cocktails variations, and concepts like chilcanos and a macerados.

Then, you can choose a chilcano or macerado of your own to savor. Enjoy your concoction in a cozy and authentic Peruvian atmosphere.

At the end of the tasting, you will go back to your hotel.
