Sani Dunes is the newest accommodation of the luxurious Sani Resort on the Kassandra peninsula.

The modern and luxurious hotel nestles directly on a private beach of the Aegean Sea. You can look forward to handmade furniture and first-class fabrics in the rooms.

Marina Deluxe Double - approx. 40 m², furnished in the style of an exclusive yacht club. The 10 accommodation units overlook the lively Sani Marina’s stores and restaurants. In addition, this room category has a balcony. Maximum 2 adults.

Junior Suite Private Garden — approx. 44 m², very spacious suites that overlook the pool and gardens. The large garden terrace invites you to linger. There are a total of 10 suites in this category at Sani Dunes. Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults & 1 child (0-11 years).

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite Grand Balcony — approx. 51 m², overlooking the Aegean Sea or the pool. The balcony of about 30 m² offers luxury furniture, table, and chairs. Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children (0-11 years).

Three restaurants overlooking the lagoon pool and the Aegean Sea await you at the modern Sani Dunes.

The Fresco restaurant will take you to the world of Italian cuisine. Homemade bread, fine wines, selected meats, seafood, and the freshest products from the market are prepared for you by star chef Ettore Botrini.

The Beach House is directly on the beach and opens for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Market restaurant is also recommended. Start the day with a delicious breakfast and end the evening with an à la carte menu of locally grown vegetables, seafood, and meat.

There are 22 restaurants available throughout the Sani Resort, which are included with half-board. There are different ways to experience it:

1. Buffet restaurants — possible without reservation and have an extra charge.

2. Dine Around Menu — Reservation required with a reduced menu that includes three starters, mains, and desserts to choose from at no extra charge.

3. À la carte restaurants — You can choose freely from the menu, and the total amount is 25 EUR per person.

You can choose every day whether you want to eat out at lunchtime or in the evening as part of the half-board option. Talk to your travel advisor to arrange three reservations before arrival.

At Sani Dunes, you can spend the whole day trying various sports and leisure activities. Try diverse water sports such as windsurfing and water skiing and get to know the fascinating underwater world during a diving excursion. You can also play soccer, basketball, volleyball, and table tennis and use the six-lit tennis courts. The 90 m² gym is at your disposal with modern equipment.

Resort highlights include complimentary paddleboard yoga classes in shallow water and sunset boat tours. Fun for young and old is promised by the Sani Adventure Park, which is available to all guests free of charge and features zip lines and a high ropes course.

A place of tranquility is the exclusive D Spa. Relax in one of the six treatment rooms and indulge in remedies from the renowned Anne Semonin line of spa products. In addition, the spa area has a couple’s suite with a steam bath, a special cabin for Thai massages, a hammam, and a whirlpool.
