Because of its location at the foot of several hills, the camp is sheltered from wind and weather.

Twin beds are also available in the luxury tents, and there is also room for an extra bed.

The Bedouins are very friendly, and eating dinner together is the highlight of every day.

Located on the northern edge of Wadi Rum, the camp has a total of 40 tents.

A visit to Wadi Rum is a can't-miss experience on any trip to Jordan, and Sun City Camp is one of the most recommended camps in the region. Flora and fauna are a unique attraction for nature lovers. With its Bedouin tents at the foot of a huge rock, Sun City Camp invites you to its tranquil atmosphere. Guests can choose between simpler or more luxurious tents.

About the hotel

The restaurant offers traditional dishes cooked in traditional Bedouin fashion. Lamb and chicken from local breeders are prepared in the earth oven, and the final dish is called Zarb. The hotel attaches great importance to sustainability and purchases all products from the region. Traditional evening entertainment, in the form of dances and live music, also contributes to the feel-good atmosphere.

At the 24-hour reception, Bedouin guides are available to introduce you to the diverse nature of the region. On camel tours or jeep safaris, you will learn about the traditions and lifestyles of the population, which has preserved much of its heritage to this day.

About the rooms

The camp has a total of 40 rooms, all decorated in traditional Bedouin tent style. Authenticity and coziness are the outstanding features of the rooms, which balance simplicity with luxury. Each luxurious tent has a bathroom with bathrobes, a small sitting area, and a terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout the accommodations.

Royal Tent - approx. 35 m². The simple but cozy rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, terrace, and mountain view. Maximum 2 adults + 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults.

Martian Dome - 50 m². The futuristic tent suites are modern and luxuriously furnished. They offer a breathtaking view of the desert and the clear starry sky. Maximum 2 adults + 1 child up to 12 years.
