Trip to the River Kwai and Erawan National Park

In the early morning, your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Bangkok to drive you to Kanchanaburi, which is about a two-hour drive away. On the way, stop at Nakhon Pathom and visit the Woodland Muangmai Fantasy Museum. The fascinating museum will teach you all about wood through important history and artfully and elaborately made carvings.

Upon arrival in Kanchanaburi, it's time for lunch at a local restaurant. Refreshed and invigorated, take a longtail boat to cruise down the River Kwai. Near the famous Kwai Bridge, sail up to shore for a great photo opportunity.

Next on your itinerary is the Death Railway Museum & Research Center and the prisoner of war cemetery, the actual site where the cruel history of the death railway happened. During the construction of the railway during the Second World War, thousands of forced laborers and prisoners of war lost their lives due to cruel and inhumane working conditions.

After this evocative experience, you will drive back to your hotel to have a delicious dinner.
